(ONIN))Dave and I have been to Nashville on a songwriting trip
What did you love about the Nashville Experience?
(ONIN) The entire city celebrates songs and songwriting. There is live music in most bars. It’s all about the music but it also has a really cool, hip vibe mixed with a contemporary/rustic look.
Who is your favourite Country artist, which song do you like performing the most?
(ONIN) Personally I love Kacey Musgraves, Chris Stapleton, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash. Tennessee Whiskey always goes down so well. As does Jolene. And no one can deny the impact of ‘Man I Feel Like A Woman’
What’s your guilty pleasure (music-wise)?
Dance music for me. Absolutely love thrashing it out in the gym to dance music or heavy rock.

Where did the idea for the One Night in Nashville band come from come from?
(ONIN) Dave and I visited Nashville as I went out there to write with other songwriters and we experienced the live music scene and saw that no one in the U.K. offered a similar experience so we created the idea of bringing a Nashville experience to the U.K. our focus is always to bring some of the best U.K. artists and songwriters together to perform the biggest classic and county hits just as you would find in a honkytonk in Nashville
Any interesting facts about any of the Band members?
(ONIN)I have had several releases on U.K. radio and toured in the US. Neil was featured on TV ads in China and dave and sam run a recording studio and production services
Have any of you played with any other famous bands?
(ONIN)Yes, I have shared the same lineup as Palmona Faith, James Morrison, The Script, played lots at Manchester United and for presidents.
Finally, any message for the gig-goers of Oldham and Sue ( a massive country fan) who turns 60 on Saturday and will be celebrating with you?
(ONIN) We can’t wait to see you. It’s always a great night for country music lovers. And a huge happy birthday to Sue. X
