DJ Dave Sweetmore hosts his 5th night of live up & coming acts from across the Northwest, all featured as band of the week on Local Music Spotlight – Tameside Radio.

Line up includes:

Gracie May – 17 years old playing acoustic guitar & singing for almost 3 years, and loved music for most of her life.

Jesus Knieval – 3 Piece psychedelic, alt rock trio formed in 2007.

Sia Raw – have a sound which they describe as ‘fusing soulful intensity, experimental textures, and unfiltered emotion into every note, with a sound which is a force born of friction, where tenderness collides with distortion, and beauty emerges from chaos’.

Mora & The Fabulous Wonderfuls (Featuring George Borowski) – With a mix of heartfelt ballards & electrifying rock anthems, Mora & The Fabulous Wonderfuls will defy genres and leave you wanting more.

P*Starr – Relatively new band, just released their first single “Pull of You”

The Lakes – Formed in Stockport in 2017 and describe themselves as an Indie Jangle Funk Band, whose influences include Orange Juice & David Bowie.

The Information Highway – 5 Piece Manchester band. The much loved band describe their music as uplifting anthemic Indie.
